Who is responsible for your data

Varyndo is the service and product brand, operated by Samuel Nilsson under the registered business name ARVENOQ as a sole proprietorship in Sweden. The business is approved for F-tax with conditions (FA-tax) and registered for VAT.

Personal data we collect

Account data: name, email address and login credentials. Workspace content: AI instructions, uploaded documents, website content you import, and conversations with your AI. Visitor data from published AIs: chat messages and any contact details a visitor chooses to share. Support messages you send us. Usage and technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and how the service is used.

Why we use it and our legal basis

To create your account and provide the service (performance of contract). To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse, including rate limiting (legitimate interests). To improve the product and answer support requests (legitimate interests). To send service messages and, where you agree, product news (contract or consent). To meet accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share data with

Service providers that host and run Varyndo, including cloud hosting, database and AI processing providers, acting on our instructions.

Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of our product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.

Professional advisers such as legal and accounting firms, and authorities where required by law. We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

How long we keep data

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. When you delete your account or workspace, the data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days, except where we must keep records longer by law, such as accounting records.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email support@varyndo.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority, in Sweden the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls and workspace isolation.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your language and theme. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, but some features may then stop working.
