Who you are contracting with

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Samuel Nilsson, the sole proprietor operating the Varyndo service under the registered business name ARVENOQ in Sweden.

Varyndo is the service and product brand. ARVENOQ is the registered business name of Samuel Nilsson's sole proprietorship, not a separate legal entity.

The business is a sole proprietorship in Sweden, approved for F-tax.

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or by continuing to use Varyndo, you agree to these terms. If you use Varyndo on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you use it as an individual, you confirm that you are of legal age.

The service

Varyndo lets you build your own AI assistant from plain-language descriptions, your website and your documents, test it, and publish it as a share link or website chat widget. Features and limits depend on the plan you choose.

You must keep your login details confidential, provide accurate information, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Varyndo. This includes using it for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, uploading malware, probing or attacking our systems, scraping the service, reverse engineering it, reselling it without permission, or circumventing usage limits.

You must not use the AI features to create illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, harassment or malicious code, or attempt to bypass safety controls (jailbreaking).

AI content and your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you upload, the instructions you give your AI, and how you use its answers. You must have the rights to any content you add as knowledge.

AI answers can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important information and do not rely on the AI for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice without human review.

You keep the rights to your content and to your AI's outputs. You give Varyndo a limited licence to store and process your content only to provide the service. Rights holders can report infringing content to support@varyndo.com; we may remove it and suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter AI outputs, and suspend accounts to keep the service safe and lawful.

Intellectual property

Varyndo retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, design and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.

Payments, subscriptions and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

Service level

We work hard to keep Varyndo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using Varyndo at any time. After termination you can request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Varyndo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are handled by Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer law gives you other rights. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Questions: support@varyndo.com.
