How to install the Varyndo chatbot on Shopify

1. Build your AI in Varyndo and add your store URL as knowledge.

2. Go to Publish and copy the widget snippet.

3. In Shopify, open Online Store → Themes → Edit code and paste the snippet just before the closing </body> tag in theme.liquid.

4. Save and visit your store; the chat widget appears in the corner.

Do I need a Shopify app?

No. The chat widget loads from one line of JavaScript that you paste into your theme.

Can it look up live products, stock or orders?

Not yet. A direct Shopify store connection is coming. Today the AI answers from the public store pages and documents you add.

Can it answer from my product and policy pages?

Yes. Add your store URL as knowledge and Varyndo reads the public pages you choose, such as products, shipping and returns.

Is the chatbot customizable?
